1. Who we are
This website is operated by Mete Han Yalçın, doing business as Fine-Techs, Mahmutlar Mahallesi, Mahmutlar Aydın Sk., Mir Quality No: 7, İç Kapı No: 9, Alanya / Antalya, Türkiye. For any privacy question or request, email info@fine-techs.com. This person is also accountable for our compliance with Canadian privacy law.
2. Visiting this website
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (San Francisco, USA) on Cloudflare Pages. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical connection data such as your IP address, date and time, the page requested, and your browser and operating system, to deliver the page and protect it against attacks.
We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts are served from our own server. Because we do not track visitors, we do not respond differently to "Do Not Track" browser signals.
3. When you email or call us
If you contact us, we use the information you provide (such as your name, business, email address, phone number and message) to respond to you and, if you wish, prepare a website draft. Our email is handled by Google Workspace.
4. Business contacts and website drafts
We contact businesses whose details are publicly available, for example in their Google Maps listing. We use the business name, address, phone number, public website and public rating information to identify suitable businesses and call them. You can ask us at any time not to contact you again; we then add you to an internal do-not-contact list.
If you agree to receive a draft, we use this information to create your personal website draft and send it by email. We use the following service providers to create drafts, manage approvals and deliver projects: [list to be confirmed]
- Supabase (database, servers in Ireland)
- Vercel (application hosting)
- Resend (email delivery)
- OpenAI (drafting website copy from your details)
- Google (Google Places, search of public business listings)
- Cloudflare (hosting of finished customer websites)
These providers may process information in the United States, the European Union or other countries. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Orders and payment
Orders and payments are processed by Digistore24 GmbH (Germany), which acts as the reseller. Digistore24's own privacy policy, linked in the order form, applies to the checkout. We receive from Digistore24 the details needed to deliver your project, such as your name, business, email address, order number and payment status. We never receive your full card or bank details.
6. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Inquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted after 12 months at the latest. Order and invoice records are kept as long as tax and accounting laws require. Do-not-contact entries are kept so that we can respect your request.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can withdraw your consent to further contact at any time. Email info@fine-techs.com. We will respond within 30 days.
California residents: You may request information about the categories of personal information we collect and how we use it, and ask us to delete it. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Canadian residents: If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. Residents of Québec can also see the French version of this policy.
8. Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with an updated effective date.
